Thought, Emotion and Effort (November 1951) (companion lectures to Advanced Procedure and Axioms) 11 lectures: Codification of the Axioms opened more effective ways to address a case through basic postulates, prime thought, cause and effect and their effects on memory and individual's causation in creating and empowering engrams. This series contains the most complete description of the Service Facsimile and why removing it from the case resolves the limitation that a person places on his or her abilities. Dianetics explored the concept of stimulus-response in engrams and Science of Survival detailed the complexities of emotion on a case. Advanced Procedure and Axioms described the role of thought as contained in postulates in the formation of the case and this lecture series details that theory exhaustively and thus presents for the first time the route from Effect to Cause through the signature technique of this time period--Effort Processing, still in effective use today.
